We source our upcycled fruits and vegetables from F&S. Their suppliers are qualified, responsible farmers who follow best agricultural practices. F&S cleans and prepares all produce before transferring to Floura.

Our proprietary ingredients include Floura’s Red Apple Paste, our SuperFiber Prebiotic Flour, that includes Fermented Watermelon Rind Flour, and Red Apple Flour. All ingredients are prepared from fresh fruit trimmings in our facility. All our flours come from fruit produce, so they are naturally gluten free. In fact, all of our products are free from gluten, dairy, emulsifiers, refined sugars (including corn syrup), stabilizers and synthetic flavorings.

Our produce trimmings include a mix of conventional and organic produce that is thoroughly washed, processed and tested in the F&S GFSI certified facility.

While our initial Floura Bar flavors contain nuts, we’re currently in development of some flavors that will be nut free. Note that Floura Bars are processed in a facility that also processes nuts.

The primary source of sugars in our bars is those occurring in the fruit we use. In addition, we’re using natural microbiome friendly sweeteners such as prebiotic fiber, monk fruit and natural fruit concentrates.
